A broken window was discovered upon inspecting the back of a property after a storm. We arranged for a professional to fix the window upon the homeowner's approval.
A fallen tree after a storm. We contacted the homeowner's chosen professionals to mend the tree.
Animals got into garbage homeowners left outside before leaving. We cleaned the property of the debris and safely stowed the garbage bins in the garage until garbage day.
Ice had formed on the AC valve rendering the unit inoperable. Finding the ice and ridding the problem resulted in the unit being returned to operational.

The home was extremely hot upon entering. Found that the AC was not working properly and upon basic inspection found the filter needed replacing.
Wind storm damage. Arranged the client's agreed upon professional to clean up the shed damage.
Refrigerator compressor failure. We emptied the fridge and arranged for our client's agreed-upon HVAC company to make the repair needed.

Front door break in. We alerted the homeowners and the police and began filling the report with the client's home insurance with their approval.
Home invasion attempt found. Informed the homeowners as well as the police. Arranged to have the window repaired with the property owner.
Squatters found at a property. Police were informed to deal with the invasion. A home insurance report was filed with the client and home cleaners were arranged.
Bag found sitting on doorstep. By removing the bag we made it look like the owners were home or the home was occupied.
No salt in water softener meant the unit was not functioning as it was intended. Filling the unit with salt and checking to make sure it purged, ensured the clients had “soft water” upon their return.
Water running sound was noticed in the bathroom. Discovered the back reservoir had a leak due to damage. Turned off the water to the toilet as per the client request so they could tend to the issue when home as requested.
Water heater was left on during a long holiday. Asked the client if they would like us to turn the heater off to save money.
Ceiling damage found from water leak in above condo. Informed client and began working with home insurance and condo to resolve the issue.
