A Message to Our Valued Airdrie Home Watch Clients
Following Bill’s recent note, I wanted to personally introduce myself. Effective July 1, 2026, I will be taking on ownership of Airdrie Home Watch Services and will be personally responsible for the ongoing care of your home.
I am supported by my team at Acuity Advantage, a professional Home Watch and Lifestyle Management company.
Bill has built something very special in Airdrie Home Watch. The trust he has established with you is not something I take lightly, and I hold it with a great deal of respect. My intention is to carry that trust forward thoughtfully, maintaining the level of care, consistency, and attention you are accustomed to.
Your service will continue with the same care and attention you have come to expect. You may notice refinements to reporting and communication, designed to provide greater clarity and visibility into each visit while keeping the experience seamless.
As part of this transition, I will be taking the time to become personally familiar with your home and client file. Either I, and/or a Certified Home Watch Professional from within my team, may attend your property. Each member of my team is experienced and operates to the same standards of care and attention that I personally oversee.
Should there have been any recent updates to your property, access information, or contacts, I would appreciate you sharing those at your convenience so everything remains aligned.
