Why Do Your Neighbours Prefer Airdrie Home Watch Services?
You and your home are our #1 priority. Our team is highly experienced and trained to provide the exceptional service that you deserve and demand. Your satisfaction is our utmost concern.
Home Security
While we cannot guarantee prevention of vandalism or break-ins, our Home Watch service can help deter criminal activity by giving your property the appearance of being occupied. We use specific techniques to help protect your property, and our top priority is providing you peace of mind. In the unfortunate event that your property does become a victim of vandalism or break-ins, we will promptly report it to the police, which is a critical step in finding those responsible.
Home Insurance Protection
Accidents and mishaps can occur, and insurance companies typically require policyholders to have their residences checked every 72 hours while they are away in Canada. Failure to prove that these checks were performed could lead to a denied claim. With our professional home watch service, you can have peace of mind knowing that your home is well looked after, and we provide documentation that meets your insurance requirements. We recommend checking your policy or consulting with your insurance agency to confirm your specific insurance requirements.
Airdrie Home Watch Professionals VS Typical House Sitter
Most house sitters typically live in your home while you’re away and they may not have the necessary training or licensing to fully protect your property. In contrast, our home watch professionals are certified, licensed, bonded, and vetted members of the National Home Watch Association.
Rather than living in your home we perform comprehensive visual inspections of your property for risk mitigation, make your home appear occupied, take steps to protect your home insurance, and are trained to handle various home issues.
