As an accredited member of the National Home Watch Association and a member of its Advisory Board, Sandi is deeply committed to upholding strong professional standards within the Home Watch industry. With over 36 years in law enforcement and a strong foundation in private investigation and security services in both Alberta and BC, Bill brings unmatched expertise to the Home Watch industry. After retiring from policing, he recognized a growing need in his community and co-founded Airdrie Home Watch Services with his son.
Proudly serving Airdrie and surrounding communities, Bill is a Certified Home Watch Professional through the National Home Watch Association. His clients trust him for his integrity, professionalism, and deep understanding of what it takes to keep properties safe and secure while unoccupied.

Tracy

Tracy brings unmatched dedication, discipline, and attention to detail to her role at Airdrie Home Watch Services. With 28 years of policing experience across Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, she has a deep background in investigative work and supervision—skills that translate seamlessly into the Home Watch profession.
After retiring from law enforcement, Tracy continued to pursue excellence by earning a diploma in Sport & Fitness Leadership and becoming a certified instructor specializing in fitness for Persons with Parkinson’s Disease, stroke recovery, and golf performance. She currently teaches fitness classes part-time in Airdrie at Genesis Place.
In 2021, Tracy earned her Certified Home Watch Professional designation through the National Home Watch Association and joined her husband Bill at Airdrie Home Watch Services. Since then, she has played a key role in delivering reliable, thorough, and proactive service to clients. Her sharp eye for detail has helped identify and resolve potential problems before they escalate—bringing peace of mind to homeowners throughout the region.
